Return Policy

Important: We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please read our complete policy below for details.

1. Return Period

You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Items in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Items that have not been used, worn, or damaged
  • Items purchased within the last 3 days

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sales Items
  • Customized Products
  • Items damaged by misuse

4. How to Return an Item

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.

6. Return Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us and we will provide instructions for the exchange process.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
